Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following order confirmation. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Cash on Delivery

We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery basis. Payment is collected by our delivery partner at the time your order arrives. Please ensure that you or a trusted representative is available at the provided address to receive and complete the payment. We do not accept advance payments at this time.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, a member of our team will reach out to you on the phone number provided at checkout to verify and confirm your order details before dispatch. This step ensures accuracy and allows us to address any questions you may have. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled and will need to be replaced. Please make sure your contact number is correct and reachable during business hours.

Prescription Orders

Orders including prescription lenses require an additional 2–4 business days for lens cutting, fitting, and quality inspection before dispatch. We take great care in preparing prescription eyewear to ensure the highest level of accuracy and comfort.

Please note that additional charges may apply for prescriptions with cylinder values above ±2.00. These charges are not included in your order total and will be communicated to you and collected separately upon delivery, if applicable based on your prescription.

Prescription lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once crafted, unless a manufacturing defect is identified. We strongly recommend double-checking your prescription details before submitting your order.
